Role Overview:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct care to patients, monitoring their health, and ensuring they receive the highest standards of clinical support. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized care, manage medications, and help patients achieve their health and well-being goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals

  • Administer medication and treatments, ensuring accurate record-keeping

  • Monitor and document patient progress, addressing any changes in condition

  • Provide emotional support and advice to patients and their families

  • Liaise with doctors, healthcare professionals, and family members regarding patient care

  • Assist with personal care and hygiene when necessary

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards of care

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
     

What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN

  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting (hospital, care home, or community care)

  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

  • Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to improve patients' lives
