Role Overview:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct care to patients, monitoring their health, and ensuring they receive the highest standards of clinical support. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized care, manage medications, and help patients achieve their health and well-being goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals

Administer medication and treatments, ensuring accurate record-keeping

Monitor and document patient progress, addressing any changes in condition

Provide emotional support and advice to patients and their families

Liaise with doctors, healthcare professionals, and family members regarding patient care

Assist with personal care and hygiene when necessary

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards of care

Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
What We’re Looking For:

Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
-
Previous experience in a healthcare setting (hospital, care home, or community care)

Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently

Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to improve patients' lives
