Job Overview:
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to individuals in their own homes or community settings, helping them achieve independence and improve their quality of life. If you have a passion for helping others and want to make a positive impact, this role is perfect for you.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care and support, tailored to the individual’s needs

  • Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management

  • Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and promoting independence

  • Help with social and recreational activities, both at home and in the community

  • Ensure the safety, dignity, and well-being of the individuals you support

  • Accurately record care plans, progress reports, and other relevant documentation

  • Work in collaboration with healthcare professionals, families, and other caregivers
     

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential)

  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and making a difference in people’s lives

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Understanding of safeguarding, equality, and diversity

  • Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and evenings

  • Right to work in the UK

  • Full UK driving license (preferred)
